This tape deck is very nice indeed. I am selling it as a "Parts Deck" because my tech whom I trust explicitly says that to get it in tip top shape it will take another $100 of which I just don't have to be able to put more into it to be able make it perfect!! For anyone who has interest in having this excellent cassette deck I have priced these out and in having the extra faceplate and the shape that this deck is in I think the new owner will be very pleased. For what it's worth my tech is an incredible individual and I have never known anyone that has had more experience than he has had. He was at different time been head designer for both Carver and ADS speakers for years and his knowledge astounds me. He said he could finish this deck up for $100 in case someone out there doesn't have a tech or is not familiar with repairs he is a great person to know.
