This was our first time purchasing from Uncle Mike’s Auto. We are very happy with our experience. Juan and Rigo were fantastic to work with. It was a very quick and easy process as they had all of the paperwork ready to go for us when we walked in. We purchased two trucks together. Both were very nice and clean. Great additions to our existing fleet. Because of the quality of these trucks we’ve asked the team at Uncle Mike’s to look for more of the same quality trucks to add to our fleet. From start to finish Rigo provided top quality sales and service. I called on a Ford Transit plumber cutaway they had posted for sale on Craigslist. All communication was clear and negotiations were easily taking care of. I live 4 hours away from the lot. Rigo waited for me past closing time to arrive and was patient while I inspected the vehicle and test drove. I stayed in the area over night and drove back the next morning. As I was headed up the grapevine the transmission started smoking and the check engine light came on. At this point I was not feeling too positive about my purchase. I called Rigo and he answered. This was at 7:30am. He told me to bring it back to the lot and they will get it looked at and repair any issues as they offer what I remember to be a 1,000 mile 30 day warranty at no extra charge. I brought it back and they proceeded to have all necessary transmission work completed by a professional. A week or so later I returned to pickup the truck. Have been driving it since with no issues. As a contractor and small business owner this type of customer service speaks volumes to one’s character. Rigo and the folks at this lot were acceptional from start to finish. I would buy again from this lot and would recommend anyone I know as well.
