this dealership. Is a hoax  !!! I'm a first responder and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in good faith. !!! I was  Assured that this vehicle was in working. Condition And it looked to be good from the inside and  out  in ...   No Car fax   or history
. Purchase this in November... 2 weeks.
Later  I noticed that the fender was tied up with a zip tie   ... i kept having problems with the vehicle.But I kept trying to patch it up.My son's in college so I didn't Have time to wait on a response.... The vehicle's  Engine was blown and I was told by the tow truck driver. It looked to be that the engine was done. It cost me $200 to have it towed from where it has stopped. So actually I have not had that vehicle three months.I was told by auto.District that it didn't matter that the Down payment that was made the notes that I had paid on at the insurance. It was just watered down the drain. They weren't going to make good of it was sold as is so I want. Everyone ...to know please  do not go through what I went through. It was a lesson learned... The young lady that sold me the vehicle told me Don't worry about the reviews that The other dealerships were hating on her  That's a whole bunch of Monkey shine !!! So if I could get at least 1 person to keep them from spending $4000 on a car that didn't work. I can't wait to see the Rebuttal  to this message.Cause she has an answer  for everything.... Except for responsibility for their actions I hope this message reaches everyone well and BEWARE !!!!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would the vehicles they sell are complete TRASH straight lemons!! The vehicular have stated on tow truck is a 2010 g37 with a bad Crankshaft I repeat DO NOT BUY this vehicle they rigged these vehicles up to only last you for so long and once they break all of a sudden No one in there speaks “English” after they take your money, and that goes for Evelyn and management they’re complete trash!! I put over 5k in repairs to this vehicle and still the car is trash! Give them their trash cars back and go to A real dealership and purchase like I did. These people have 0 understanding👎🏾 btw they’re re-selling the vehicle I volunteered to give back due to the bad crank (DO NOT BUY)…

Make sure you know who you're dealing with one car payment late and they'll repossess and expect you to pay $350 repo fee, and future payment that are not due yet. Good luck with dealing with this company

they sold me this truck a few weeks back in January. long story short, i wrecked my previous truck purchased with them. Sad day for me, and my family but i let them know and my salesman proceeded to tell me he could work with me on a new truck. Upon buying this pile of junk, it rattled from the transfer case on startup. they told me it was an old truck so it "does THAT". got the truck home. had my mechanic inspect it (QUALIFIED FORD MECHANIC) and had him tell me the transfer case needed to be fixed. Brought it back to them to look at and fix under their bullshit 2-day warranty. sent me back on my way in less than an hour claiming nothing was wrong. fast forward 2 weeks later, the trucks transmission completely blows up. leaving me yet again without a vehicle, and half broke. i called them right after and ended my contract. they don't care what they sell u, as long as you buy it.
they are now trying to resell it cheaper than they sold it to me for, so for that reason I've included the Carfax report on this f150. IT SPEAKS FOR IT SELF AND I SHOULD HAVE READ THIS BEFORE. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. RUN AWAY

Absolutely the worst customer service. My expectant daughter went to this lot because she is very visibly pregnant and needed a dependable vehicle. This was explained to the sales person. She purchased a Buick enclave. Very nice looking SUV and was assured it was dependable. Within 48hrs she had to take the car back because of an issue with the catalytic converter. The lot inspected the car and told her it was simply the o² sensor and claimed to repaired it. Well today the car stalled at 60mph on freeway endangering not only her life but also the life of the child. The lot refuses to do anything about the pre-existing issues and expects her to continue to pay for it. I'm extremely pissed off and will be contacting not only the better business bureau but also the state to investigate the mechanic who inspected and passed this vehicle.
