Description
This knife was manufactured by a company that closed in 1901. So your guess is as good as mine on the age of it. The blade steel is amazing the way it holds an edge. The collar is Sterling silver. And the Stag Handle is great for looks and a grip. It feels great in your hands. I was using it up till now. It makes short work of a turkey and ham. There are none of these knives in circulation.i couldn't find one for sale. Although I did see pics of it
