Please read this before you buy it sold for parts only or if you don't mind adding your own controller with throttle And battery and riding it with no lights or horn Then this is for you The motor works I will test it on site for you before you buy it to show you that the Scooter does work fine With my batteries controller , throttle and batteries Then when before you buy it I will take my parts back The wheels and breaks are good The dashboard is not working but the lights doesn't come on one the dashboard I test them before the dashboard had when bad the horn doesn't work at all but you can always add your own horn I just put my batteries and throttle controller Just to test the scooter and it runs good Once again I will take out the throttle and the Controller and batteries once you are about to buy it It works Sold without the Lithium Batteries, Throttle and the Controller it belongs to my other Scooter So yeah I will need to take out those part for my other Scooter If you see this post Then the Item is still up For Sale.
