Sherwood HP-5500 Tuner, RARE

Just lowered the price by $150 to $75. Rare, hard to find, high-quality tuner from Sherwood and they only put these out for less than a single season because these guys forgot their smart pills that day and unwittingly violated trade and copyright laws when they named their High Performance Line christening it the HP series. Well Hewlett-Packard had a few things to say about that and needless to say they didn't even produce the HP line for a full year. However this is a quality piece of equipment it's rare because of the HP fiasco and sought after so I thought, but maybe people just don't listen to the radio anymore but if you're trying to round out the look of your home vintage stereo this might be the unit for you. bgit's the HP-5500 so they got a cease-and-desist from Hewlett-Packard. Their HP stands for high performance, listing is sure to go to the right home, great cosmetic condition, everything functions as it should, it's been cleaned and all the lights come illuminate, great headphones stage on it, if you don't have a amp and speakers. This is NOT a receiver, it is a tuner, and I thought that because it's pretty rare, I was going to be able to charge a little more for it, but as long as it's going to go to right home, i'm willing to part four for 100 bucks just get it out of my house please. I've opened it up cleaned it out de-ox contact cleaner: sounds good, sounds clean, everything seems to be functional. I also have the original owners manual with it and all of its schematics. $75
