Hello 10$s It needs a (rear left) motor. High-Fly Hobbies didn't have them in stock but he said that he would order it for me but they can be ordered from Amazon or EBay also with relative ease. The left side of the controller has a screw for a thumb control....not too pretty but functional. You will also get a extra battery/charger & instruction manual also. None of the blades are cracked or damaged in any way. 10$s
