Rare and beautiful looks like Pewter or Silver plated small Trinket dish/tray. It has horses and carriage etched in the bottom. Measures 7 3/4" long by 4" x 1/2 inch tall. This definitely needs a good shine. Estate find. Fragile handles which is expected with antique items. Please zoom into pictures as they are a huge part of my description. Exactly as pictured.
