Super excited with my 2025 all electric Honda Prologue. It’s a beautiful vehicle with lots of cool features. Gilbert and Alexis made the whole process much easier. Although I drive a bit too much for a lease, Alexis added a custom package deal that allowed for more mileage for the next 3 years and extra protection on stuff, with a reasonable option to purchase after the 3 years. I feel my purchase amount and monthly payment was fair and reasonable and got the best trade in deal on my previous car. Thanks Honda, my experience was so good at AutoNation Honda that you may have solidified my relationship for my future car needs.

Luis was very helpful and very friendly. He was the only salesperson that was at the door and greeted us and seemed eager to potentially gain a customer. Just in all had very great customer service all around. As well as Alexis , she was very helpful and gave me tons of information that was important about the car and explained everything thoroughly . Very great customer service all around from her too. And also Chris I believe his name was , in refinance department, was able to get me a better deal than what was offered originally. And he also had very great customer service. All 3 of them made my first time buying a car go super smooth and provided a great first time experience. Big thanks to Luis, Alexis, and Chris !!

I’ve came to this dealership numerous times to get some services done and it was alright. The reviews of the dealership are what led me to come here but it’s a shame that they splattered oil all over my car. This is one of Hondas top of the line car and yet they carelessly did an oil change. I found oil on my hood, all over my engine bay and it made it look like I have an oil leak which I am not ok with. I spent my own money on new original filter and quality oil and they treat my engine bay like if it’s a water park. If you’re gonna rush an oil change, do it right, don’t just be lazy and chug someone else’s oil.

Lenin, Alexis, Johnny and Money were excellent. They exceeded our expectations and won our business over Toyota. Friendly, inviting, and overall a wonderful experience. This was my second car purchase ever, and it was so much better than the first. I went to a no-name used dealership and got fleeced as a first time buyer. Honda Valencia made sure I was comfortable and restored my faith in dealerships. They truly were, Helpful. Honda. People.

Grant was helpful and attentive. He answered all questions and concerns about my car breaks and was able to have the technician work on my car same day in short notice without an appointment. But also offer the financing to pay the balance owed for the repairs to my break pads and rotor. I’m grateful because I do need my car for everything. Thanks again and will be recommending Honda to friends and family.
