Hello, I have a giant Cyphers that’s honestly barely used just been sitting for a while (on covered patio) however it does have some very nice 29/700c mag rims (will come with disk brake set up and hardware.)The rims are on brand new tires. Or I can put a nice new set of bontrager rims with new tires for cheaper price. I will be putting on new standard brakes as well for any questions.Please don’t hesitate to ask or make an offer.
