Jared was great! We asked a ton of questions because we had many concerns due to past dealership experiences from other companies. He was professional, understanding, and upfront.

Although there was some miscommunication (up to the managerial level) which caused a misunderstanding from both parties, we were still able to make a deal. Most importantly, I was able to safely come home with the specific car I traveled out of state to get.
