My sales rep was John Gonzales. He was amazing. Basically said we can finance anybody. He searched and found a vehicle. He made the impossible deal of trading in a lease  I’ve only paid a few months.
I went to many dealerships trying to get myself out of a lease . The vehicle was a lemon in the get-go from another dealership. I decided to trade it in. since AutoNation has several Sister dealerships under AutoNation. I was able to get off a lease and purchase a Tesla Y model. He got me out of my lease and finance at a lower rate .
I like to thank all the manager, sales reps and finance for helping me. Everyone took extra time and effort. Amazing people in San Antonio auto nation.

AVOID this dealership. Terrible experience. You CANNOT get in touch with any one at the dealership. Called daily for two weeks. I even contacted corporate twice and still have not received a response. They have not paid off my trade in vehicle for 6 weeks!! Leaving me to pay payments on a car I no longer own to avoid it affecting my credit.

Came with my own financing from my credit union to purchase my sons car yet they still kept us there for hours. They tried multiple times to get me to switch to their financing despite not being able to beat my own finance rate. I have been in/out when using my own bank at Lexus.

I am still getting the run around for my son’s trade in pay off. And still cannot get in touch with anyone at this dealership.

Shannon was amazing she was so detailed oriented and kind she took her time to explain everything to me and really help me find a vehicle that suited my family needs I highly suggest asking for Shannon. She is very professional and very kind, and it did not feel like she was pressing me to make a sale. It felt like something more than a business Transaction
