I recently purchased a Jaguar F-PACE SVR and the battery went dead because I hadn't drove it in a couple of months. After charging the battery, I noticed that a few of the electronics were not functioning properly. Jaguar of Hilton Head got my vehicle, ran several test on it, sent videos of the findings, and ordered the warranty parts that I needed. They kept me up to date with every single step of the repairs. Upon picking up my vehicle, it was freshly detailed and ready to go! I'm very satisfied with the service that was provided to me, and I will refer them to friends and family.

I had an incredible experience with the service department, even though I didn't purchase my Jaguar from this dealership due to the poor customer service I encountered when I first started looking in late 2023. I was initially hesitant to have my vehicle serviced here and even considered going to Jacksonville for my first service. However, I am very pleased with my experience at the Hilton Head location. Purchased another used Jaguar, this time the SVR FPace and brought it in for an overall check up. Jordan in the service department took excellent care of me and my new baby. I was greeted by name upon my specified appointment time, photos were taken of my vehicle and an estimate provided to me. I was provided a video from the service department, showing what was needed, inspection of the tires showing me the gauge in the tread so it was all transparent and no surprises. Followed through with their recommendations, received a nice military discount and my vehicle was returned to me promptly, cleaned and vacuumed and under the canopy awaiting my arrival. Jordan also provided me with nice photos of my vehicle after I left. We had a small window to get this done and Jordan promised and delivered! I highly recommend LRHH for your Jaguar or LR.
