Two awnings in immaculate condition. Only used on 4 trips to flagstaff. Has propane line hookup on frame and did all our cooking from that. Can sleep up to 8 comfortably and fit our Polaris expedition northstar. Fresh tank 146 gallons Black tank 40 gallons Grey tank 65 gallons Black tank has flush bars to ensure total clean out and no smell when not in use. Looking to move for work and will not be able to take with us. Stored in a covered parking when not in use. My loss is your gain! Save the taxes and dealer fees! The sticker on this when we bought it was close to 80K
