July 4, 2025: My experience with AutoNation Buick GMC West went very well as I looked for a used vehicle to meet my needs. Rickey Anderson provided fantastic service as a "no-pressure" professional and truly not your typical "used car salesman". In the end I  purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade and am loving it! Rickey addressed all my questions and followed-up with me to provide the floor mats I was promised (& after I had already signed the dotted line). The last time I purchased a vehicle it was NOT a pleasant experience. This time I walked away as a pleasantly satisfied customer :)

It was an easy, stress-free experience from start to finish. Carly and Albert were both warm and professional, and I especially appreciated Jay (the manager) for his honesty regarding a vehicle I was considering at another dealership. His guidance on what to look for was thoughtful, and his concerns turned out to be right on point. If you are a truck guy and don't have time to mess around, go to a pro shop.  This is a family car dealership and seriously lack the quality and professionalism you'll find at somewhere like Transwest. Didn't even ask to look into the Check Engine Light it was brought in to check (Due to a known glow plug Technical Service Bulletin) along with an open recall, just did the recall and patted themselves on the back.  My first and last time at this place.  The shagger that gave me a ride back home was the most professional I've ever met, he gets 6 stars.
