Low population psa 10 Lugia card cost $200 just to have this card graded. Because of its size and how delicate the card is to find a card in this condition is very rare. These are going on eBay and in premier auctions from anywhere between $1500 and $7500 for the English or Japanese version. I just need the fast cash or else I’d sell it for more. It’s for my mom’s cancer treatment and bills she’s had to stop working and can’t pay for anything so I’m trying to sell my valuable things to help her out it’s breaking my heart. 🥺😢
