My wife and I had the best ever time at Exceed Auto Brokers. Erick and Eddie are top notch guys that are honest,helpful, knowledgeable and down right friendly. This was by far the best experience I ever had buying from a dealership. Quite honestly they treated us like family. Our 2012 Chrysler 200 was in excellent condition and priced fairly. Eddie and Erick actually went out of their way to accommodate with all our needs, including standing behind on a repair after we bought the “as is” condition car the next day when an issue with the driver side window went off track. If you’re looking for a car and you want a pleasant experience.. go to Exceed Auto Brokers.They will treat like your their family. I delt with Eric and Eddie At first things were good, but there were a couple of things that they said they would have fixed. but once I took possession of the car they ghosted me. I tried to call, text and call again. Never heard back from them. I guess since I'm out of state they aren't worried about me coming there. NEVER would I buy a car from them again or recommend them to anyone. Stay away from them. If I could give a zero star I would.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. I connected with Eddie and we had a lot of good conversations. The transaction was easy since I paid cash for it. I had a good time buying a car here.

Thanks Mike for having me fly out to FL just to waste my time with a messed up car. I feel sorry for the poor saps that have the unfortune of doing business with you. For all of you still thinking of doing business with these crooks make sure you bring your own code reader because Mike will tell you "he doesn't have one". This is somehow the only used car dealership on the planet that doesn't have a code reader, luckily I brought my own (and glad I did). Also don't rely on videos and pictures like I did. I flew out there after Mike sent me a video of a car that had no damage only to be met with a car that looked like it had just been in an accident even though Mike sent me a video from 2 days prior without the damage. Then this guy won't even drop the price $500. HE STILL EXPECTED ME TO BUY IT AT THE PRICE WE AGREED ON BEFORE THE DAMAGE. He said it must have gotten damaged while moving it around in the parking lot. Well that's all fine and dandy Mike but that sounds like a YOU problem, not a customer problem. Could have gave me a heads up before I took off of work and flew all the way out there.

This is a small dealership but they carry high quality cars. I liked this BMW 750 they had. Eddie assisted me with the purchase. He was very straight forward and knew everything about this car. Was a good experience.
