I paid Andre a mechanic at the location to service my AC compressor — not only did they fail to do the job properly, but they caused serious damage to my vehicle in the process.

After their so-called “repair,” my car was missing bolts that are critical for properly securing the AC compressor. This careless mistake led to my belt popping off while I was driving, which caused my entire vehicle to completely shut down on the road. I had to pay to have the car towed because of their negligence.

I gave this shop a chance to make it right. They promised someone would come out to address the issue — I waited in the heat for hours and no one ever showed up or followed up. When I later spoke with Blake, another mechanic in the shop that andre said would come out to fix the problem, I found out Andre never even discussed my situation with him. That told me everything I needed to know about how this business operates.

They took my money, botched the repair, caused more problems, ignored me, and refused to take responsibility.

I’ve been more than patient, but enough is enough. This place is not trustworthy, not professional, and clearly not qualified to handle basic repairs without risking your safety.

Avoid this shop — they are a liability. If this review prevents even one person from going through what I did, then it’s worth posting.

Best place in town to buy a reliable used car.

I didnt share a review right away because I needed time to see how my car was going to perform. I bought my car roughly 4 months ago, and it's been great so far. No hidden problems or surprise maintenance.

The folks at McGradys are exceptionally friendly too, and eager to help the people in their community. They're a smaller dealership, but they do have skilled mechanics who are also happy to help whenever you need service. I'm convinced that if you, the reader, were to go right now to McGradys, they could put you in a car you'd be happy with the very same day.

I personally, have never been happier with my car, I absolutely love it, and you will too! Trust me, just go talk to them. Start a dialogue and you might be surprised at how easy they make it to upgrade your wheels!

The sales team is professional and friendly. The mechanics are cordial and willing to explain the repairs.

All I’m going say is find somebody else to do it… they will fix a problem just to mess up something else just to have you come back they get over on women all the time and they hate for you to ask questions

I find them to be a friendly long-time family business. Finally someone that gives used car salesman a great name. Highly recommend.
