Selling my newly reconditioned Nordictrack home gym, this set usually comes in silver but decided to make it more modern with a nice flat black instead. Exercises you can do include: bench press, preacher curl, ab crunch, lat pull down, triceps press down, leg extension, leg curl, seated row, hip adduction, hip abduction, calf press, and leg press. It has a 200 pound weight resistance. Dimensions are 81" height x 72 inches width x 64 inches length. Please bring truck and some help, it’s good quality material so it’s somewhat heavy.
