Bought a GMC Sierra Denali and love it. Rob was great and the whole staff there is very courteous and helpful. They had to fix a couple things on it and Rob took care of it right away. The repair took longer than expected and I bugged the heck out of Rob because I was excited to get my new truck. He always answered my text messages and kept me updated, all the while I found out when I came to pick it up, he had to take over the manager position all the while making sales and getting the mess that was left him. I will definitely be letting everyone I know what a great dealership Lot 99 is.

My husband and I specifically went to this lot to look at a Jeep Cherokee he saw on their website. Unfortunately, the Jeep had already been sold. I’m not usually interested in foreign cars, but there was a BMW that caught my eye. I didn’t think too much of it at first. Logan came out and introduced himself. He had great energy, not the typical desperate car salesman vibe. He mentioned that he could get us a fully loaded car for the same price as the Jeep, which happened to be the same BMW that caught my eye. My husband wasn’t too interested in driving it, but we decided to take it for a test drive, and it drove great! We decided to run the number's. After being there for a while, we ended up getting the car, and they gave us a great deal on my husband’s trade-in. During our time there, Logan seemed more like a friend than a salesman. He shared about his family and recommended some great restaurants to eat at. I would definitely go back to buy another car. My daughter’s going to be looking for a car soon, and we will definitely check out the lot again. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

I came in with shitty credit, and no hope of walking out with anything decent. I ended up walking out with a car under 50k miles, no accidents, and a clean engine. Paying roughly 300/month when other dealers like Alpine (flat out refused me) or Gage (tried to sell me a jeep with a broken ECU for 450/mo). This is a used car lot, so keep that in mind, not every car they have will be in near mint condition like mine is, but if you tell the salesman what you want, or what you need out of a car he will help you find it. Two Stars Shy of a Dumpster Fire
At the time of writing, this dealership has a dazzling average rating of 2.6 out of 5—just think about that for a moment. Google forces you to award at least one star, so 2.6 means they’re hovering somewhere between “absolute worst” and “just slightly better than the absolute worst.” Bravo, Lot 99, that’s quite the accomplishment in a service industry.

What’s even more impressive is that this 2.6 includes a smattering of questionable five-star reviews—likely from folks who either didn’t get completely misled or just happen to be so polite they can’t bring themselves to call out the deception. Throw in a few suspiciously glowing blurbs (“They’re amazing!” Sure, Jan…), and this is still the average. Over 700 reviews, and half of them basically screaming, “Run for your life!” That’s next-level bad.

I could go into all the lies, shady tactics, and general nonsense I encountered—but honestly, the fact that this place can barely inch above the one-star threshold (even with their own cheerleaders) says it all. I’m not sure if there’s a dealership training manual called “We’ll Say Anything to Get You Out the Door,” but I’m pretty sure it’s required reading here.

Bottom line: Their moral compass is completely broken, and they truly do not care about you once you sign on the dotted line. I rarely post negative reviews, but my experience buying a truck here was… well, let’s call it “an education.” If you’d prefer to spend your hard-earned money without getting blindsided, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Low integrity, zero accountability, and a whole lot of headache—that’s what you can expect. Save yourself the time, the money, and the stress. You’ll thank yourself later.

I purchased a Porsche Panamera and had it delivered to me in central Florida. Rob helped me and it was a great experience. He was professional and friendly. I received the car today after a 6 day transport across the country and the car is in perfect shape and drives amazingly. I called him one morning, forgetting it was three hours earlier in Oregon, and he still responded and was so polite despite it being very early for him. I’m very happy with my experience.
