$250 OBO! (Retail price is $498) I’m selling this BRAND NEW beautiful Lulu’s embroidered off the shoulder dress, mermaid style. It was one of my dress choices which I loved, but went with a different dress. Fits best for a street size 4, and is perfect length for shorter gals like me (I’m 5’1”) and did not do any alterations. Local pickup near Crow Canyon in San Ramon.
