Sink with running water (cold only) didn't put in a water heater, silverware drawer and under sink storage. Has matching cabinets in kitchen area. 3500 lbs axle. Pulled all over the PNW and Canada with our jeep. We are a growing family, fits two comfortably 3 is snug which is why we are selling. Batteries charge off tow vehicle and has solar charger.
