Just recently bought a 2021 Cadillac XT5 400 with my partner, the vehicle was due for an oil change and the motor air filter change. They said that they would take care of it when I bring it back so I brought it back waited 40 minutes just to check the work they did when I got back home and nothing was done, they just reset the oil life and air filter life through the speedometer but check out the photo and you tell me if the air filter was changed. My advice don’t go here and purchase a vehicle when all in all it cost little to nothing for anyone and especially this dealership to do a simple oil change and air filter change but of course them being honest and loyal to their customers isn’t a thing there. I have been calling them to try and resolve this but they don’t wanna answer my phone calls. I wonder why.

I came in hopeful, left frustrated. This dealership operates with a disappointing lack of transparency and professionalism. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being handled, not helped. I was given vague answers about pricing, pressured to make quick decisions, and hit with unexpected fees that conveniently weren’t mentioned until the paperwork stage.

Even after expressing clear concerns, the staff showed more interest in closing a sale than building trust. Communication was poor, follow-ups were nonexistent, and the overall experience left me feeling misled rather than valued as a customer.

Bought a cargo van…it’s leaking from roof & they had to know as it rains in Florida daily & they let me sign papers & immediately put in shop for over a month & trying to tell me I owe a payment…

Communication is beyond poor…Carlos never answers,txt back or email & had not been for Milad @ Hollywood office…I would be completely lost & therefore this is beyond bad business

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in 2023 and included what I was told was GAP insurance, putting $15k down. Two years later, after paying off the car early, I attempted to cancel the GAP policy—only to discover it was never actually sold to me.

The final bill of sale I received clearly lists GAP coverage. However, the dealership's internal records show something different: a maintenance plan. Even more concerning, the receipt I was given lists a charge of around $30k, while their own documents say $26k. When I confronted them about this discrepancy, the manager, Yosniel Ventura, dismissed my concerns, saying the salesperson no longer works there and that this issue wasn't his responsibility.

That’s not how accountability works. Is clear as day thy commit fraud, I've been trying to resolve this for weeks, and every time I’m met with the same scripted response. I expect that after this review, they’ll leave a public comment saying something like “we’re sorry, contact us to make it right”—but don’t be fooled. I've contacted them multiple times already with no resolution.
