2013 sprinter 144” high roof 246k 3.0L This thing is a stealth road trip machine, perfect for coastline cruising or long hauls across the US I’ve done it all in this rig. Clean Montana title. I am the 2nd owner, original owner was the state of Texas as a fleet vehicle. Van has absolutely NO RUST damage, has typical drainage orange stains near bottom of doors but no actual deep rust. Van is absolutely rock solid, did 22 day/6700 mile trip in October with not a single hiccup, warning light, or problem all while getting 22MPG. Planned on keeping van forever but lost my job so gotta sell. MECHANICAL: -Oil/oil filter changed 1/12/2025 -EZ-DRAIN oil plug for no mess oil changes ⬇️All maintenance⬇️ -all new glow plugs 6/2024 -transmission flush & service 6/2024 -serpentine belt 5/2025 -accessory belt 5/2025 -wheel speed sensors 5/2025 -fuel filter 4/2025 -air intake duct replacement & filter 6/2024 -16” aluminum upgraded THOR wheels -Michelin 245/75/16 w/ less than 8k miles -sliding door mechanism 5/2024 -weather seals (rear doors, slider, and front doors) -new fuel pump & gas tank brackets 5/2024 -will include all “what if” parts I carry in van for long trips ie. serpentine belt, fuel filter, fuel filter hoses, extra clamps etc. BUILD OUT: -above cab insulated w/ exhaust heat shield sheet -killmat throughout van (cab/doors/ceiling/panels) -floor insulate w/ 1/8 closed cell foam/exhaust tape -3M Thinsulate for large flat areas -havelock wool insulation in all cavities -wall panels 1/4” finished birch cnc cut by Routed Wild and Rivnut to van w/ M6 bolts & flush washers -walls upholstered in a waterproof material called tolex (commonly used on guitar cabs) very tough -ceiling 1/4” finished birch w/ custom art, attached w/ rivnut -floor 3/4” birch w/ Loncoin brand flooring glued on w/ step extension and storage cubby built in -flarespace flares & trim rings (6’6” sleep space) -flares insulated w/ closed cell foam and upholstered in water proof material -3/4” finished birch bed platform w/ upholstered top, on 5 SKORVA beams. Held to van w/ reinforced M10 plus nuts & grade 10.9 hardware. Bed can be removed in about 35 minutes w/ a 6 & 8 mm allen -8” hybrid foam short queen mattress (new) -overhead storage built w/ 8020 aluminum,ikea UTRUSTA hinges, and ikea HAVSTORP cabinet doors(passenger 2 doors 10”x48” driver 3 doors 10”x72”) w/ leather pull tabs -Galley built w/8020 framing and ikea cabinet fronts to match overheads. W60” T36” D22” w/ ikea cement countertop. 4 doors w leather pulltabs -Fridge 48Q w/ 8020 framed enclosure w/ ICECO slide out -electrical: renogy 50A DC-DC, 3000w inverter, 200AH liFePO4 battery, 0G/2G wiring. Breakers in between every line, and 2 isolators (front and rear of van) 2 120 outlets w/ 2 USB C plugs at galley, 120v single outlet installed at rear opening of van -Enclosed garage w/ overhead lighting on dimmer -Maxxfan 7500k w/ remote & Van Essential cover -LED lighting tracks w/ dimmer control -Cab shelf w/ curtain rod & blackout curtain -brand new headliner I painted black -4 corners of van have LED flood lights & 1 on rear door for camping -Curt tow hitch & Flatline van co rear step -13” touchscreen head unit w/ wireless car play, new door & dash speakers & added 6” overhead cab speaker -black carpet floor-mat -RoutedWild foot platform w/ storage, side seat storage, & driver & passenger rear storage boxes -seats replaced w/ Winnebago sprinter wide seats (do have heavy signs of wear but very comfy) -new CAT seat covers -backup camera & panoramic rear view mirror -Van Essentials rear doors,slider door, and fan insulated & magnetic covers -entire van is sprayed w/ raptor lined including side trim and front and rear bumpers -fold down galley shelf (detachable in 1 min) CONS: -power steering has intermittent leak, replaced reservoir but needs 1 hose. -front ac vents have broken tabs, purely cosmetic and I saved all cosmetic work for last. -2 circular holes in front quarter panels from previous work lights. Attempted to weld in plugs but panel was warping w/ heat -side mirrors need to be worked on a bit to sit flush proper and fold in -TPMS warning despite brand new sensors -windshield has chips
