My experience from start to finish was amazing. I worked with Catalina, I told her what I was interested in and she sent me pictures and videos so I could see and hear the bikes. When I settled on the bike I wanted I put down a deposit and they held the bike for me for a month until I had the rest of the money! She was awesome and showed me the cost breakdown for everything and was very clear and transparent of everything, no trickery like other dealers I’ve dealt with in the past that try to sneak in other little things. They gave me an amazing deal and on top of that they shipped me the bike for cheaper than If I went and picked up the bike myself despite only living a few hours away. The gentleman that delivered the bike was very professional and delivered it in a large van the bike was loaded securely into the van and rolled out of it on a very large ramp safe as can be. All that was required was some signatures and Id and the process was over in 5 minutes. I’ll be buying from them again in the future for sure. I’ve bought many bikes in the past and this was the best and easiest experience I’ve ever had. Looking forward to buying again 😊

Recently purchased a Ducati monster from 2 wheels world and had it shipped to me. Bike was immaculate as was advertised.
They made the purchase process as well as shipping , insuring, registering it very easy and headache free.

Jim is a phenomenal guy! He’s an experienced professional with over 13 years of experience managing Two Wheels World at Pompano Beach. Please make sure to consult with Jim before making any decision on purchasing new or pre-owned vehicles.
He is an excellent resource and is very helpful and kind. He will spend hours going over bike specifications and help you compare and contrast all your options.

I was at the shop earlier and he walked me through the entire inventory past closing hours until late evening so I could have a better idea on what I wanted and let me test ride a few sports bike which almost all other shops don’t allow.

He also went over specifications of some of the more pricer / rare limited edition collection Ducati model worth 40k-100k and discussed how they’d be good investment options.
He’s very knowledgeable about bikes and disinterested in selling you a bad deal. His pricing is shockingly transparent and he’ll give you detailed print outs on pricing with discounts.

He went over inventory from 2-3 different websites just to give me an idea of what’s around, none of which he had to do! He checked with his managers to get me additional discounts on top of what I had requested and what was possible and even offered free delivery!

Try going to any other big dealership in West Palm or South Florida and you’ll leave with nothing but a headache. This shop has better inventory and better quality pre-owned vehicles than other stores so it’s definitely worth checking out!
