Vintage Sterling Silver Navajo Turquoise Pendant

For sale is a beautiful turquoise and sterling silver pendant (no chain). This pendant features a large, teardrop-shaped turquoise stone with a visible brown matrix, set in a silver bezel with a twisted rope design and decorative silver edge. Turquoise is revered by the Navajo (Diné) people as a sacred stone, often called the "stone of life." It is associated with health, protection, good fortune, and a connection to the sky, water, and spiritual world. Item is in fair to good condition. There is a small crack on the back, and it appears to lightly penetrate through the stone. The stone is secure and not loose. Please see photos for more details and to assess the condition yourself.
