I bought this bike from Global bikes in Chandler and had a bike rake installed. Purchased saddle bags that specifically fit for this bike design. Also purchased a heavy duty harden steel bike lock. I have recipes for everything including life time maintenance at no extra cost for you to use at anytime. Just bring the bike in as well as the receipt and they will check and adjust the chain as well as check and adjust tire pressure. They run the battery through a cycle to make sure it's performing properly. Tune and adjust the disk brakes. Have rode it for 960 miles. I used it to go to work and get groceries. As well as go to the gym and make it to doctors appointments and whatever else you may need. The bike itself is waterproof but the saddle bags aren't so I would just bring plastic bags to put your valuable items in. this bike is truly amazing and has really performed better than I ever imagined. I was able to bike 5 miles to work within 15 minutes and it weights enough that when they're were strong winds or debris in the road the bike handled everything well. This bike is NOT peddle assistance based only like most electric bikes! (Even the ones that cost up to 7 grand only work while you are petaling the bike). This bike has 5 different gears for every situation you may encounter. Lower gears for hill climbing or mountain biking. Higher gears for flat and level road cruising at a top speed of 28 MPH! That's correct at gear 5 it easily maintains riding at 28 MPH for long periods of time. Making those long trips that are normally meant for cars or long bus rides can now be done on this bike. Costing you nothing on your wallet. No car payment or insurance and absolutely no gas. As I mentioned before I purchased a lifetime maintenance package when I purchased the bike from Global Bikes in Chandler. I have my receipt as proof of purchase and documentation of Spending a total of 2,150$ towards the bike and all the accessories. Please feel free to come check the bike out and ask any questions you need. I purchased this bike a year ago and the price was and still remains 1,599$ retail. That doesn't include the Bike rack, Saddle bags, Heavy duty bike lock, Front and Rear lights, and lifetime maintenance package only available through global bikes. Not to mention tax.
