Description

For Grabs is a Sunn Alpha 212R USA Made Solid State and looks like this is a Pre Fender Model, My Guess on when it was made is January 1976 but it's hard dating old Sunn Amps. Only thing you will find out online about this amp is that it's LOUD and has the CMOS Technology like in the Beta Series amps. Condition Wise this thing is in Great Shape for its Age but with its Quirks Like the rest of us. Drive Pot is a Little Scratchy, Has some weird Oversized Knobs that Look Pretty Cool on this thing over the original red knobs and the Reverb works but it's Quiet. Considering this thing has an actual spring reverb my guess is that the connections just need to be cleaned and will be better than new again. If you do some digging on these Sunn Amps, Everything that guys say online about these amps are true, They are Loud, Stoner/Doom/Grunge Solid State amps that will melt your face off and make your ears bleed especially if you throw a Russian Muff into this thing or your favorite Fuzz Pedal at this amp.
