Stop by Franklin Mountain RV Sales before buying elsewhere, their prices are very good compared to others. Went in to inquire about an RV I was interested in and ended up buying another one. Noe did an awesome job and was not a pushy salesman, very honest man. I loved the way Franklin Mountain RV take their time to set up RV and show you how everything works, my RV came with two full tanks of propane, power cord and a new battery! They even replaced the skylight and exterior kitchen faucets with new ones at no extra cost! I was very pleased with their superb customer service. I also bought a distribution hitch, which I did not know how to set up and Shan the owner of Franklin Mountain RV took his time to help me set it up along with Noe. Talk about great customer service! I definitely recommend this place and would definitely go back to buy another RV when it's time to upgrade!

We absolutely loved our experience buying a used RV from Franklin Mountain RV Sales. Shan and Abraham were super helpful and spend a lot of time helping us find the right RV and going over everything before we left the lot with it. They send us off with a road-ready RV - everything fixed and clean thanks to Jerehmy's hard work. He even made us a custom tool for the hitch. Also, we had a lot of fun in the process. Great people to work with!

Wow what a great place to buy a Travel trailer, my wife and I have been looking for a trailer for a while went to camping world over priced and the fees on top are criminal. We met Shan and Abraham at Franklin mountain RV and they were great very knowledgeable about RV`s Shan gave us a great deal ( I did my home work and research) and the best customer service (genuine and you can feel they actually care) we will always go to Franklin Mountain RV sales from now on!!!!

Where do I start? Franklin Mountain RV (FMRV) Sales went the extra mile. We weren't pressured by Mr. Noe and Shan. Very friendly experience. We left the lot after looking around the first day to look at RVs at a few other places. Camping World felt like a bad car dealership, so we left. I did some more research and ended up buying from FMRV. I went to pick up the trailer, and as soon as I plugged it into my F250, I noticed a trailer wiring fault. Shan initially diagnosed the issue as a brake controller disconnect; upon further diagnosis, it was the electric brakes on the trailer that were toast. They replaced all four and greased the bearings during the replacement. I really appreciate their effort and that they would not let me drive an unsafe trailer off the lot. I definitely recommend Franklin Mountain RV to anyone, especially the military community, as they're very respectful. Additionally, FMRV installed a new battery and is replacing the awning fabric.  Save yourself time and money and stop by them first!

Shane was an amazing salesman and has helped outside the sale to help me with understanding and maintaining my rv. At any issue I have had he has taken the time out of his way to drop by and help repair and fix any problems. He is honest and a great family man. If I decide to upgrade I will definitely buy from Franklin mountain again.
