Me and my boyfriend’s first time buying a car from a used lot or even a car in general. Aaron’s such a good help and made the process very trusting and smooth. We had no credit and he still made it work for us. He helped us get insurance because we did not have it. He’s completely honest with the cars on their lot. Would definitely recommend coming here to at least check it out. The boss been working with cars for over 40 years which also made me feel more comfortable with purchasing a car from them. Very nice staff. Greeted my family as soon as we walked in. Listened to our needs and wants to help us find the right car. In just a short time we found that car that fits our family. Service was great and highly recommend.

Bought a Jeep for my wife spent a total of $ 15,
000 drove home AC went out.Went back after I told them the clutch coil went out they fixed it and charged me another $310. Then 4 day later I noticed oil leaking found 1 was the cooler and they tried to cover it up with some insulation and then tried to tell me it was a mouse nest. Took it into a shop friend of mine and changed out the cooler another $900. The owner also said I'll call you back when I mentioned it was not a mouse nest he never called back. Very poor Used car dealership would never recommend them to anyone. As for the Extended Warranty they don't tell you it does not take affect until after 30 days and any pre existing issues are not covered so be very aware of this lucky I called the warranty company that they deal with and offer and they confirmed what I just wrote.

I highly recommend Lucky Car Ducky with the pleasant friendly and considerate customer service I had experience with them. They were patient and willing to help me process all the documents. I'm thankful for my new car!!! Thank you Lucky Car Ducky.
