LiteSys vehicle message boards (two total plus parts)V

I have 2 light up signs, like you see on the road for construction warnings, painting, etc. They both work, they have remotes and cables and everything. One of the signs is on a truck mount that sits in the bed of a truck and have a control to lift it up and down with hydraulics. I do not know how to run them very well. The manual is included but I have not studied up on it too much. The model is: 1030A-4 Brand new these run for $11-12,000. Obviously I don't expect this amount, seeing as I don't know much about them or how to run them. But even for parts they are worth a couple thousand together. Would like $900 for both signs and extra parts. Located in Covington. Just can't get OfferUp to change the location.
