This here is the 1st car i ever had. Its a 1988 subaru loyale wagon that i picked up for 1800. It has a couple oil leaks as well as the powersteering. This car would make a great fixer upper. It has low miles for its age and still runs pretty good. The driver side brake is gonna need new pads. My car has been dependable for the past year ive owned it and with a little work it will be for you too. The work ive done on it is as follows: transmission modulator valve Oil pan gasket Head gaskets New alternator New water pump was done at a shop not by me. New coolant hoses-will specify which ones on request New rear shocks Drivers side trans axle seal on differential New thermostat and thermostat housing gasket New headlights New reverse lights New oil filter. Transmission oil pan gasket might need replacing. I have the gasket and filter for it already will be included as part of the car for free. Has a few oil leaks havent had the time to really poke around to find where its coming from. I have a good idea where to start. For now its just been a fill periodically and drive type of car. Hasn't let me down yet. Drivers side brakes make noise every now and then ill have to get them checked out.
