Christopher Driggs was a great salesman… not pushy, down to earth and was a good help with the car we were interested in. The process was super simple (especially since I already had financing) and we had a smooth transition with trading in our old car and into our 2015 Mercedes GL 350 Blutec! I recently bought a 2025 Volkwagen Tiguan Sel Rline in Monterey Blue from Volkswagen Autonation. It was my 7th time buying from a dealer and it wasthe best experience that I have had buying a car. The car I wanted was not on the lot but was shown as in transit. I went in and test drove a different car(same model) and loved it. Since I only wanted the car in blue, (and there were only 2 of that model in blue anywhere on the West Coast) my salesman kept in touch with me throughout the next month of waiting to give me updates. They were very nice, informative and it was really easy to talk to the mechanic in charge of my vehicle! They worked with me and were understanding of my situation and helped me where they could.  I greatly appreciate their patience and understanding when it came to picking up my car.  I live almost 2 hours away when my car broke down and it was to much to fix it but they were patient in waiting till I found help to be able to come pick it up and tow it home. I greatly appreciated it!
