LG Window AC, 12K BTU, 230 Volt, includes heat option + remote. We bought this from Lowe’s ($600) and realized it was too small for our existing wall mount. We used it for 1 week and then found a larger replacement unit. There are a few (cosmetic) dents in the vent from our installer when he lifted it into place. Other than that it is in perfect, almost new condition. See screenshots (from Lowe’s website) for measurements) & my receipt for purchase price/date.
