Used gray colored couch from Costco, We are selling ONE of the two pieces. We are selling because we need more room in our small condo. Feel free to have it cleaned. No tears or rips. Great comfortable couch. Must be able to pick up and need a large vehicle. Please come with someone to take and move to vehicle. Pick up days and times. Due to condo rules, MUST be Monday - Friday 730 am - 6 pm. The loading dock is closed on the weekends. Wife wants it gone asap so we can put a Christmas tree in its place
