Mr Mitchell and Mitch (attorneys) Charleston Dear Sirs Yours of 27th to hand In regards to putting a leasee on the causklany? to the Refinery by today this was one on all but two or three tank cars? which were out at that time. The 19 tank cars belonging to the Refinery are all in Charleston city at Refinery or in RR yard or on racks?, except these sent to the So Cal oil Co, at Savannah via 1103, 1112, 1120, 1104, 1110 - the tank cars belonging to Refinery are all numbered into four figures while the ones belonging to Ind Cal Al Co which were sold to O'Conee Oil and Fatz Co. has only 3 figures.
