My Covid baby. Built this 15’ food trailer during the Covid lock downs. Used it for two years until September 2023 when I moved into my first brick and mortar. 100% electric. Comes with generator! Open for all your equipment. Only equipment in there is 8’ hood, exhaust fan, and hand wash sink with pump and water heater. Beautiful trailer that always stood out at events among the other food trucks. Service side is 15’ of front to back windows showing your beautiful kitchen and work. Nothing to hide. Work needed: 1. Updated hinges on the back doors. 2. Needs updating to trailer light hitch wiring kit. 3. Small areas where rust needs to be treated/cleaned. Recommended updates: 1. Installing gutters to move water away from service windows. 2. Heater/ac unit 3. Adding sway bar and tongue weights to add more stability when in toe.
