Portable ac units. 8000 but each. Used for one whole summer. Maintained as instructed by manual and common sense. To include filter cleaning about every week and a half. Both units have the remotes. Needs to be cleaned once more before sale. Had I still have need of them I'd still be using them. Fair warning. I used 3 ac units during the Fresno summer. Two of these and a window unit can and will keep a (side of old place)600-750 square feet with some effort. The warning is your pg&e bill will be higher than your rent. Ask me how I know.
