Description

I’ve got two Ugly Stik Fly rods Model FY1100 one is used. 8’-6” #8wt. The other one is a FY1100 brand new with the wrapper still on the handle. It’s a 8’-0” #7-8wt. I’m originally from the east coast. I grew up fishing the tribs of Lake Ontario and the Finger Lakes area tribs any chance I could get. If you have ever fished one of these rods you know what you’re looking at and how amazingly sensitive they are I’ve caught some 30+ pound kings and some monster Steelhead salmon the action is incredible. Unfortunately sometime around 2008 they quit making them. I’ve had fellow anglers who were fishing $1000+ Center pin rigs amazed to see me fishing with one. I had 3 of them at one time and a buddy snapped it somehow. He offered to buy me a new one but I calmly said no you won’t! It took me 4 years of relentless eBay searching to find a replacement. I’m willing to part ways with one of them buyers choice. Any offers under $100 will not be considered.
