I’ve slowly have restored this small 16foot trailer, It’s 12ft inside and 16ft with tongue and rear bumper. 7ft wide It used to be a dry camper, and everything was functional. But since I rented it , I set it up to be a spare room and took out the kitchen and heater. I took out all the old lines. This is a clean slate to make it whatever you want. I fixed previous owner water damage on frame and floor, replaced panels and insulated, had access to wires so fixed the electrical. Replaced all the lights to new LEDs. Took the flooring out and put wood laminate flooring. Has fresh new cabinet paint. No leaks. Super solid Has electric brakes. That’s still vintage it has Daytona fayette 9222 hubs. And 15 inch Tires. Single axel. They are good. Has plenty of storage. This is perfect as a spare room. You just need to furnish it. I’m not in a rush to sell, so please don’t low ball me. I have personally done all the work and had this trailer since 2016. I have towed it from Oregon 8 years ago. It was a head turner. The trailer used to weight 1900 lbs with everything, now it’s probably less. The previous owners towed it with a dodge caravan. I use a 4Runner. The title is clean and in hand.
