My wife called to try to ask some questions about trading our vehicle in and had a terrible experience.

Their finance manager is a crass, rude individual. I don't know how you expect to sell cars when you talk down to a woman who is literally a doctor.

Today I woke up & bought a new camero! It wouldn’t have been possible without the wonderful manager, Chris Curtis! This fine gentlemen helped me from the moment I walked in. Very polite, didn’t try to play me because I was a woman, if anything, he did the complete opposite! Helped lower my rates, took care of all my needs & concerns before I pulled of the lot. This is by far, the best experience  I’ve ever had in buying a car. It was such a smooth, honest, quick process. I would recommend this place & Chris a million times over again! & also, he will be there for any car updates or issues I ever encounter & was super efficient working on the vehicle. If you ever doubt your credit, GO HERE! Also, their website was completely up to date with inventory. Go to Ypsi Imports & ask for Chris Curtis; you will not be disappointed! 😌💯

Horrible. Scammers. Sold me a lemon. I had to have my uncle fake play Lawyer and they returned it and I ended up getting another vehicle from them with a deal due to all of that. Don’t waste your money if you don’t wanna go through it.

I originally came in 2 weeks ago showing interest in a particular vehicle. At the time the key for the vehicle was unavailable. But I came back in a second time it took a long time to locate the key. Finally, the owner just called and had another key made. Which took more time. I spent the entire day trying to get multiple issues resolved with the vehicle. The staff was semi patient with me, but they had one on my last nerve! When the owner called me himself it seemed to be a sign of some turn around in the service. In the end, after him trying to sell me a different vehicle that I did want, I finally got exactly what I wanted. the owner went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. When I first left I didn't feel like I would ever return, nor would I ever refer anybody else. After the excellent service from the owner I would definitely recommend this place. Even with all the problems that I went through the day, was very patient, and sold me exactly what I wanted!
