Great place to buy cars, I absolutely recommend this place and give 5 stars ⭐️. They have a lot of cars to choose from. Everyone here was very nice and professional. After purchasing a SUV that i really like i noticed the serpentine belt was ripped and it needed a new alternator. Without a hassle they replaced it with new ones and my car has been working great! A great dealer ship, great customer service and overall a great service. Everyone that helped out, the owner , the dealer and also the mechanic were great. Highly recommend this dealer ship, they also have great prices and great cars. I got my 08 Civic recently and it has been amazing. Highly recommend!!!!

We stopped by Galaxy Motors VA after a disappointing experience at another dealership and looked at a Toyota Matrix. The car was a bit older but seemed decent on the surface. The staff was respectful and had no issue with us thoroughly inspecting the car or taking it for a test drive. They even allowed us to take it to a pre-purchase inspection location of our choice, which we appreciated.

Unfortunately, the inspection revealed serious prior damage — the car had been in a major front-end collision. The engine reinforcement bar was bent, and the bumper had clearly been repaired and painted to hide the damage. None of this was disclosed or reflected in the Carfax report they provided.

Despite this, Galaxy Motors refused to lower the price, so we walked away. We hope they’re more forthcoming with future buyers about the car’s condition. The staff was polite, but that kind of structural damage is something buyers deserve to know upfront.

The dealership was really helpful and especially we’re generous enough to help fix a couple of issues that the car was having before I left the parking lot. They stayed past the closing time and offered me food  for the long wait time. Staying though with them for the time. Especially offering to take care of the DMV license plate and all that paperwork I thought that was the biggest challenge once I got a car but they’re taking care of it so I don’t need to worryabout all that.
