Description

This one of a kind, handmade Chesterfield couch, was hand crafted in 2013 by the oldest conpany in the New Orleans, who recently closed down their doors for good after 75 years is available for sale tonthe right home. This peice, while having a high ticket vakue that will only increase over time, also has sentimental value to me. Its a very special work of art that i will not sell (for any price) unless i feel her story will remain one worthy of novels and she goes to a home that will appreciate her. If you are not familiar with the craftsman who made this (ikea is that way) a quick google search will bring up what their peices are valued at. I am asking 3500. More than half of what it is worth. Im open to offers, negotiation and money plus trade. I may also regret this and take the ad down and keep it... So if the ad is up, its available.
