Extremely well maintained, super immaculate condition. Mostly garage kept. Looks new, Runs like new, And feels like new when you sit in it. Timing belt and Water Pump changed at 148,000 miles, (Honda Dealership Records available) Brand new Goodyear tires mounted 6 months ago. Each and every service is always done at Honda Dealership, all records available at Honda owners account. Complete carfax record to date. Front brake pads plus rotors and rear brake pads changed a few days ago. Remote starter device worth $1500 installed. Rear DVD entertainment. Current Emissions in hand. I'm the second owner, bought it a month ago but I need a sedan due to my new job activities, otherwise never wanted to sell this minivan. Clean title in hand. Yesterday check engine light turned on, it shows up on and off. Codes P0420 & P0430. Mechanic says it can be just O2 sensors or may be catalytic converter. So price reduced. I don't have time so selling as is.
