Skyline Auto Group is your typical used car lot. A check engine light will most assuredly pop up once you get your car home. Just pray it isn’t something that will break the bank to repair. Do your due diligence and service your vehicle right away because these guys are in the business of moving problem cars no one else wants and not making sure you get a reliable car. They do offer a 2 day return but you end up paying $500 if you return the vehicle.

My experience with this dealer was fantastic!! Absolutely nothing to complain about, i was warmly greeted by Sammy when i first arrived. Told him the car i was here to see and then shortly after seeing the car, the owner Jawad (Jay) came out to see if there was anything he could assist me with. I then proceeded through my transaction with Jay, who did not pressure me at all to buy and was very welcoming, knowledgeable, kind, extremely polite and helpful. The car i ended up purchasing is a Lexus, i asked if i could have the car inspected by a Lexus dealership. Jay handled the transport and everything needed to fully accommodate myself. He was extremely transparent with the whole process from start to finish and has most definitely won my gratitude, respect and any future car purchases i make based on my personal experience.  This group of individuals gives great hope that there are still great used car dealerships in existence. I definitely recommend this dealer!!!!! Thank you !!!   Also my review is honest and unpaid and i hope it helps others that are looking for a place to purchase a used car.

Saw the used Prius I liked online and made same day appointment with Jawad. Arrived and he already had car ready for me to test drive. Once, went in and negotiated a fair price. During the entire process, Jawad was honest, professional answered our concerns without the high-pressure sales pitch. We left with that car less than 1 1/2 hours after arriving. Very pleased to recommend Skyline for your next used car purchase

I purchased a 2013 Scion FRS from Skyline Auto Group on June 16, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. On the day of  purchase, one of the bumpers almost flew off on the freeway on the way home after mentioning how loose it was to the owner, as well several electronic components—like the cruise control and others-were malfunctioning. While some repairs were attempted, the issues quickly returned, and now a new check engine light has appeared, with codes indicating serious and costly problems.
What’s most frustrating is that this is not just one issue, but a series of ongoing problems that make the car unreliable. While Skyline initially offered to cancel the contract if major issues continued, we are now asking them to honor that offer. As of now, they have completely ignored all communication attempts and we’re left with a problematic vehicle that could cost thousands in repairs. I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership unless significant changes are made in how they inspect and stand behind their used vehicles.

Sold a car from under me after I submitted a credit app. Sales rep ghosted me after the car was apparently sold. Which I found from checking the inventory online. And based on these other reviews im glad I didnt buy it.
