Sleeper sofa / couch from Rove Concepts, originally $2600. Great for a modern home. Comfy and firm for sleeping when it pulls out (queen size). The ottoman is detached so you can modularize the L-Shape to fit anyway you want in the room. I purchased this couch from Rove in Nov 2023 so it's still in excellent condition and has 2 more years left of warranty, which I am able to transfer to you free of charge ($200 value). I am moving (unexpectedly) so I need to sell it, but absolutely love this couch! Extra discount if you can pick up by Aug 17.
