Description

This is a working hand cranked early 1920's Claxtonola phonograph which plays 78 RPM records with steel tip needles. It has a beautiful mahogany cabinet and is in overall very good condition. The motor looks brand new and will last another 50+ years!! It has been totally serviced by a reputable phonograph antique shop including motor cleaning and lubrication, calibration, new springs, and the reproducer has been rebuilt with new gaskets and a mica. There is nothing else that needs to be done to this machine...it just needs to be displayed in a nice home and played! This machine is 100% complete with all original parts. The intricately cut grill is in tact with no chips or breaks. The grill cover has some holes/tears but is original and can be easily replaced. This phonograph is a very nice piece of American history!  Records and extra needles are included. Note: Cash only and you pick up.
