i had a great experience working with Jaye at Auto Empire, as soon as I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect car within my budget. I highly recommend to ask for Jaye if anyone is looking to buy a car to fit well with their circumstances

Let me start here… We walked into this place ignoring all the other reviews but it’s 100% true. Jaye is completely childish, do not try to work with him. I didn’t want to run credit before we even seen a car… that offended him, from that point on it was just small petty comments until i tried to understand how much are we financing, then it was just petty remarks one after another, so we did what any person would do, We left. He proceeded to text my partner, weird… i know. We were chased down by another salesman.. i guess they own both dealerships, where I guess he apologized, but it was mainly to tell me I’m still wrong 😐😐. All i wanted to know is what we are being financed for and nobody wanted to explain. So we decided to go back with him, why not happy wife happy life, I’ll put my pride aside to get the car my lady wanted. Unfortunately we couldn’t get her the car, but we found another acceptable car. Fast forward 1 day car is over heating and I have a major oil leak. We put 5k down and now looking at a few thousand repair bill. If you stumble upon this review, stay far away from this place. How are they allowed to sell lemons and get away with it for so long…

Do not use their mechanic Bakersfield Motor Works, they will twist the story to fit Auto Empire, both owners are very good friends and “hangouts before you get your invoice.

We did test drive it was fine …drove the car to madera and back and it was a nightmare.

Very friendly and  fair on prices  they're quick service is one of the best in town, you will leave there a happy customer

I have no complaints with the company I've got two cars with them and my car is still running real good like I got it yesterday thank you guys for my car

This Auto Empire used car dealership in Bakersfield California is a complete scam!!! Stay far away from them and Pilar. They will pressure you into unfair deals, sell overpriced lemons, and hide costly mechanical and electrical issues. Once they get your money, customer service vanishes - no warranties honored, hidden fees everywhere, and complaints are ignored. Avoid this place at all costs if you don't want to be ripped off. Most of the reviews here are faked. I could give -5 if this was possible😠
