Fair and Helpful
Working with Rob to buy my Silverado Crew Cab was such a great experience. From the start, he made me feel comfortable by answering all my questions and listening to my concerns without any pressure. It felt like I was talking to a friend rather than a salesman.
When we got to discussing the price, Rob was incredibly fair. He made sure the deal worked for both of us, and I really appreciated how straightforward he was. After the sale, he even checked in to make sure I was happy with the truck.
If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their customers and makes the process easy, Rob is the person to go to. I’ll definitely work with him again in the future!

I’m editing my post as I said I would. Let me say I am at fault for purchasing the car, but it should not have been sold for the price. The full shifter mechanism needs replaced, the AC joint is so bad it is dangerous, the entire oil pan needs replacing, and we are still figuring out the ABS issue. We are waiting on the exact price because they have to order parts. We do know it’s well over $1500.
I recommend taking any vehicle from here to a shop before you purchase it. They are super nice, but quality is questionable… Do better than I did and save yourself one hell of a headache and a lot of cash…have it thoroughly inspected before you buy. I will try to update with the total cost of repairs. Fingers crossed this car will last a long time once it has been repaired.

My husband and I found a car we were interested online that we were interested in and it happened to be for sale at Sam’s. We inquired about it on Sunday I believe and then on Monday morning we noticed the price increased and then increased again. We were not thrilled because it was more expensive. I reached out and spoke with I believe it was Rob and he agreed to honor the original price. Rob was super nice and very helpful when we came in. We purchased a 2005 Volvo with only about 112k miles. We feel like we got a good price and are really excited about our purchase. We are going to take it into a shop for the ABS light that is on, breaks work great and they didn’t try and hide the issue. I looked up the average cost to repair it are willing to take care of it. After all, it’s a 2005 so maintenance is expected. The care runs so smooth, the AC is so cold, and I have high hopes that it will run for a long time. I will come edit my post after we take it into the shop because I believe it will show Sam’s sells quality vehicles.

This may be the most shady unethical used car lot I have ever had dealt with. I needed a car that was solid and reliable for my disabled  wife. They sold us a Volvo that has been nothing but trouble. They obviously don't do any checks in to the cars they sell.
I had a tune-up done and there were so many issues that it could not have been missed if they really checked the cars before selling them. stay far far away from this place...

I looked around at a lot of the other dealerships in this area. I feel lucky that I found this one. They are straight forward with vehicle condition and known history of accidents and repairs. They worked with me on the price and I got a used truck that I am very happy with. I waited about a week before leaving a review and have had no issues. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is looking for a good vehicle at a fair price.
