This means functional doors, floors, seals, locking capability, and no leaks guaranteed. Units measure 40ft length by 8ft width by 8ft 1/2 feet height from the exterior. Interior measurements are 39'5" length by 7'9" width by 7'10" height. No showroom exists to visit. All units are for direct delivery only. Self-pickup loading is unavailable at this current storage facility. Tiltbed delivery fee is NOT included in the listing price and available for an additional fee based on your ZIP CODE. ***NOTE: Delivery extends 100 miles from Houston only.
